CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
All sales are final. If you would like to add an item to your order, this may be possible as long as it has not yet been processed by our team. Feel free to contact us at info@lespassionnees.ca to explore the available options.
Please also note that we reserve the right to refuse modification requests during peak periods in order to ensure fast and error-free shipping.
Lastly, emails sent to our customer service team are answered Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

CANADA POST STRIKE
The potential Canada Post strike does not affect our services.

Until further notice, and while we wait for the situation to stabilize, we have suspended shipments via Canada Post. As soon as negotiations are concluded and agreements are reached (fingers crossed!), we will be happy to reinstate Canada Post as one of our preferred carriers.

a) that we hold your order until we can reinstate Canada Post, or

A candle refill is a candle without a jar, designed to be placed into a reusable container once your candle has burned down. It allows you to extend the life of your jar while keeping the same fragrance, the same soft lighting experience, and an even burn.

HOW DOES A CANDLE REFILL WORK?
Once your candle is finished:
Clean the jar (remove any remaining wax and wick residue).
Insert the refill directly into the container.
Trim the wick to about 5 mm.
Light it and allow the entire surface to melt during the first use.
After that, the refill behaves exactly like a regular candle.
**ARE THE CANDLE REFILLS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL JARS?**
No. Les Passionnées refills are designed exclusively for our 226 g (10 oz) jars to ensure safe and optimal burning. Using them in another container could affect the candle’s performance or safety.
**DOES THE REFILL SMELL AS STRONG AS AN ORIGINAL CANDLE?**
Yes. Our refills contain the same fragrance as our regular scented candles. The scent diffusion is soft, enveloping, and true to the original fragrance, with no compromise on intensity or quality.
