IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Plants are shipped with their roots wrapped in a plant-friendly substrate or sphagnum moss with plastic wrap to maintain root moisture.

Upon receipt, check the roots for damage or signs of rot.

If rot occurs, cut off affected roots with clean tools and replant in a new pot with the recommended substrate.
